The bar is licensed until 12 midnight.
There is a charge of £50 for providing a bar. This is refundable if cancelled two weeks prior to the event. Inside two weeks this is non refundable.
If you are interested in having a bar, feel free to pop into the pub to discuss your needs further. You must notify us if you require a bar.
Please note that due to the fact that Rock Village hall is fully licensed the sale of alcohol can only be carried out through The Rock Cross Inn.
Also if you wish to supply your own alcohol for your event this is fine as long as it is a private function and as long as the sale of alcohol does not takes place. The use of the equipment in the ‘Bar Area’ is not permitted, with the exception of the fridge.
If you are planning to provide your own alcohol for part of your function and wish to have a bar in the evening this is possible, however whenever the Bar is open all alcohol must be supplied by us.
